2. Using this website

2.1. The website, its content and any services offered online are for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2.2. You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. You must not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation.
2.3. We may suspend or block access to the website at any time for maintenance, technical reasons or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect misuse.

3.1. We aim to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that information, descriptions, photographs, prices or availability are complete, accurate or current.

4. Bookings, sessions and cancellations

4.1. Where the website allows you to book a session, place on a group, or register for an activity, those bookings are subject to availability and to any separate booking terms displayed at the time of booking.

4.2. You agree to provide accurate information when making a booking, including contact, health and support needs that are relevant to the session. Ambition Links may refuse or cancel bookings if essential information is not provided.

4.3. Cancellation policy:

• All cancellations require a minimum of two weeks’ notice unless otherwise stated at the time
  of booking.

• If you are unable to attend due to illness (including sickness bugs), the session will still be charged in full.

• If you are away on holiday and give at least two weeks’ notice, no charge will apply.

• Specific cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking will take precedence.

5. Fees, donations and payments

5.1. Fees for services, activities or events will be as set out at the point of booking. We reserve the right to change fees, but changes will not affect bookings already accepted and paid for.

6. Accessibility and special needs

6.1. Ambition Links aims to make services accessible. If you or the person you support has access requirements or specific support needs, please tell us at the time of booking so we can discuss reasonable adjustments.
6.2. While we try to accommodate every request, we cannot guarantee that every facility or venue will meet every individual need; where particular equipment, transport or specialist support is required, additional charges may apply.

7. Intellectual property

7.1. All content on the website (text, images, logos, graphics, audio and video) is owned by or licensed to Ambition Links and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, adapt, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission.

8.1. If you post, upload or submit content to the website (for example feedback, testimonials or photographs), you grant Ambition Links a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt and publish that content for the purposes of promoting Ambition Links and its work.
