Every day at Ambition Links is about having fun, learning something new, and leaving with a smile

Our Adult Day Services
At Ambition Links, our day services are designed to bring people together, encourage independence, and create meaningful experiences. Each session offers something unique - whether it’s building life skills, exploring creativity, or simply enjoying the company of others
in a friendly, supportive environment.
We keep our groups small to ensure everyone feels comfortable, valued, and fully supported.
Most importantly, every day at Ambition Links is about having fun, learning something new,
and leaving with a smile.
Monday
Cooking & Baking

Mondays are perfect for those who enjoy a smaller, quieter group setting. With a maximum of 8 people, this session is all about exploring different recipes and creating delicious food together.
Cooking and baking aren’t just fun - they’re also a mindful activity. Focusing on the sensory experience of preparing food can reduce stress, ease anxiety, and encourage a sense of calm. Plus, it’s always rewarding to enjoy something you’ve made with your own hands.

Tuesday
A Brand New Group for Adults Aged 18-35
with ASD/ADHD.

Gain new friendships, learn life skills. A chance to achieve independence and confidence.
Runs every 1st Tuesday of the month 10.30am - 2.30pm

Wednesday
Arts & Crafts

Our Wednesday group is all about creativity and self - expression. With space for up to 10 people, we explore a variety of arts and crafts projects that give everyone the chance to try something new.
Creative activities are a wonderful way to express emotions, build self-awareness, and boost confidence. They also encourage social interaction and connection.
At the end of the day, you’ll take home your creations - something to be proud of and to share with family, friends, or carers.

Friday
Cooking Skills
Fridays are very special to us - it’s our longest-running group and the heart of Ambition Links. With up to 10 people, our Friday sessions focus on cooking, but with a deeper purpose: building life skills, encouraging independence, and experiencing the joy that comes from creating something meaningful.
Cooking together isn’t just about food - it’s about the journey, the confidence it brings, and the positive impact it has on wellbeing. It’s a day filled with learning, laughter, and delicious results.
