About Us
Ambition Links was founded by Anna Hardcastle in 2017, born from her passion for helping people live life to the fullest. With over 18 years of experience in care, Anna wanted to create a service that puts people at the heart of everything - offering opportunities to learn, grow, and enjoy life, no matter their ability.
Anna’s journey began in 2005 at Osborne House, 
a day centre for adults with learning disabilities and autism. A lifelong commitment to care quickly grew from her time there.
Over the years, Anna gained experience in residential care and supported living, developing skills in leadership, care planning and team management.
Through it all, one thing remained constant: a drive to make every day meaningful. Whether planning activities, supporting independence, or simply brightening someone’s day, Anna saw the positive impact of small changes.
Today, Ambition Links has grown into more than just a dream. Anna has built a small team of fantastic, dedicated people who share the same core values of compassion, empowerment and respect. Together, they ensure that every person we support feels valued, supported, and inspired.
Since 2023, Anna has dedicated herself fully
to Ambition Links, ensuring it continues to
grow as a safe, supportive
and welcoming community.
